Licensed Practical Nurse - 9SHEE-LPN9SHEE

This position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a nursing facility setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will serve as a clinical resource, providing direct resident care while supervising resident-care personnel and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with facility and nursing service policies and procedures
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify the attending physician and family when a resident becomes ill or is injured
• Supervise resident-care personnel
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments, charting all medications and treatments according to procedure
• Ensure rehabilitative nursing procedures are performed

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN nursing license for the state of Illinois
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
