Licensed Practical Nurse (84095)

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients at Florida State Prison in Raiford, Florida. Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff, you will respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs within the appropriate scope of LPN practice.

Clinical Setting

• Correctional healthcare facility
• Patient population: incarcerated individuals

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of LPN practice
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of incarcerated patients
• Work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shifts
• Three shifts per week
• Rotating weekends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one
• Current and active Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check

Compensation

• Pay rate: $30.00 to $33.50 per hour
