Licensed Practical Nurse (2nd shift) - Sign on Bonus

Cargill is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for second shift to support occupational health and employee wellness programs. In this role, you will provide routine occupational health care, conduct safety and ergonomic training, administer drug and alcohol programs, and help develop and implement employee health compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with occupational health programs and employee health services
• Conduct safety and ergonomic training in accordance with established procedures
• Administer basics of drug and alcohol programs
• Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables
• Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate, and assess employee illness or injury to determine medical direction
• Develop, formulate, and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license or equivalent in other geographies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Willing and able to work second shift

Schedule

• Second shift position
• Shift differential of $1.25 per hourly rate

• Located in Dodge City, Kansas
