Lead Registered Nurse (RN) - Restore Hyper Wellness

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to oversee medical operations at our Sarasota studio location. In this full-time role, you will serve as both a clinical expert and business leader, delivering nursing care, administering IV drips and injections, mentoring the nursing team, and ensuring compliance with all medical and safety standards. You will partner closely with the Studio General Manager to integrate medical services into studio operations and drive sustainable business growth through clinical excellence.

Clinical Setting

Restore Hyper Wellness operates over 200 studios across 40 states, delivering science-backed wellness therapies. The medical department provides IV drips, injections, and other medical services to clients seeking health and wellness optimization.

Responsibilities

Medical Expertise

• Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients
• Administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services with precision and professionalism
• Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals

Training, Safety, and Compliance

• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols
• Educate front desk staff on medical services to enhance client support
• Ensure strict compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards

Medical Performance

• Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence
• Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement activations (such as Performance Medicine) to meet studio goals
• Monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes to achieve results

Studio Leadership

• Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure seamless integration of medical services into studio operations
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage
• Model servant leadership and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
• Minimum 1 year of experience administering IV drips and injections
• Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with the following compensation and benefits:

Compensation

• Starting base: $33.00 - $36.50 per hour
• Target compensation after monthly bonuses: $38.00 - $50.00+ per hour
