IV Infusion Registered Nurse (Full-Time) - Pittsburgh, PA

Vitaline is hiring a full-time IV Infusion Registered Nurse to provide mobile infusion services to patients throughout the Pittsburgh, PA area. In this role, you will travel to skilled nursing facilities and long-term care centers to administer IV hydration and medication therapy to geriatric patients. This position offers an autonomous schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, making it an excellent opportunity for nurses transitioning from hospital settings while maintaining meaningful patient impact.

Clinical Setting

• Skilled nursing facilities and long-term care centers
• Geriatric patient population, including patients with difficult IV access

Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous infusions and medications
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with physicians and facility staff
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of all patients
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

Required Qualifications

• Active RN compact license in Illinois
• Minimum 2 years of IV therapy experience
• Reliable transportation and smartphone

Travel Requirements

• Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes required
• Comfortable driving up to 2 hours one way (home every night)
• Must reside within a 20-30 minute commute of the Wexford, PA office
• Personally owned vehicle required

Schedule

• Full-time position
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
