IV Infusion Nurse - Wellness & Hydration

Restore is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our wellness team administering IV infusion therapy and related wellness services. This full-time position offers a departure from traditional clinical settings, providing IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in a client-focused wellness environment. You will work directly with clients to educate them on wellness services, administer treatments, and support their health optimization journey.

Clinical Setting

Restore operates as a wellness center offering innovative services in a comfortable, non-traditional medical environment. This is not a hospital, clinic, or emergency department setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular (IM) injections delivering vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
• Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of IV drip and IM shot ingredients
• Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions
• Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness
• Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs
• Document client visits via electronic medical records
• Address and answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under supervision of the Medical Director and network of licensed Advanced Practice Providers
• Communicate any adverse effects or issues clients experience to the medical compliance team
• Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service
• Assist staff with store services
• Assist with off-site nursing events and special projects
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Report to the Lead Nurse

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least two years of experience in sales and/or retail
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• At least one year of experience administering injections
• Proficiency with electronic medical records documentation
• Ability to maintain a non-judgmental outlook and work effectively with diverse clientele
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to ethics and integrity
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Willingness to adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical spas, weight loss clinics, or laser clinics

Schedule

• Full-time position, 4-5 days per week
• Schedule includes weekend days
