IV Infusion Nurse NJ (Mercer County)

IV ACTIVE is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver mobile IV hydration and vitamin therapy services throughout Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Bucks counties. This is a 1099 independent contractor position that offers the autonomy of entrepreneurship while working within an established medical framework supported by a board-certified Medical Director.

You will provide IV infusion services to clients in their homes, helping them address fatigue, migraines, dehydration, and other conditions. This role is ideal for nurses with critical care experience who want to transition away from the hospital bedside while continuing to apply their clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapy in clients' homes
• Perform IV insertions and infusions
• Deliver high-quality care in a mobile setting
• Work independently with physician oversight and established clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Minimum 3 years of IV insertion experience
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit experience

Compensation

• $50–$150 per hour
• 100% of tips
• Earning potential based on performance and availability

Work Location

• Mobile service; you will travel to clients' homes throughout the service area
