IV Infusion Nurse

Kalologie is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner to deliver IV infusion therapy and IM vitamin injections in a wellness setting. This is a hands-on clinical role integrated within premium fitness, wellness, and resort environments where you will safely administer treatments, educate clients on wellness services, make personalized treatment recommendations, and build a consistent personal book of business.

Clinical Setting

Kalologie operates within premium host brands including Club Studio and MGM Resorts, providing access to active, highly engaged clients seeking wellness, longevity, and aesthetic solutions. You will work in a client-facing wellness environment with established clinical protocols and medical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusion therapy and IM vitamin injections safely and effectively in accordance with established protocols
• Prepare and set up treatments while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
• Monitor clients throughout treatment to ensure comfort, safety, and a high-quality experience
• Conduct purposeful consultations to understand each client's goals, lifestyle, treatment history, and wellness priorities
• Educate clients on IV therapy, vitamin injections, NAD/NR performance wellness, memberships, packages, and other Kalologie offerings
• Develop thoughtful treatment recommendations and guide clients toward appropriate next steps based on individual goals
• Present memberships, treatment packages, current promotions, and complementary services
• Identify qualified candidates for additional wellness or aesthetic services and connect them with the appropriate provider
• Convert consultations and first-time visits into ongoing treatment plans and long-term client relationships
• Proactively rebook clients, support follow-up efforts, and build a consistent personal book of business
• Partner with Client Coordinators to support client communication, lead follow-up, rebooking, and seamless experience from consultation through checkout
• Maximize available appointment capacity by welcoming online bookings, walk-ins, and qualified same-day treatment opportunities
• Participate in and organize local outreach efforts, facility events, and approved initiatives to introduce new clients to Kalologie
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation, and follow-up notes
• Collaborate with the local team to support client satisfaction, facility traffic, and overall revenue performance

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted professional license in the state where services are performed
• Prior experience administering IV infusion therapy or strong relevant clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment with consistent commitment to client safety and protocol adherence
• Confident, approachable communication style with ability to educate clients and earn their trust
• Demonstrated sales ability or confidence to make recommendations, discuss pricing, present memberships and packages, and ask for the next appointment
• Comfort with being measured against client retention, rebooking, membership, package, conversion, and revenue goals
• Ability to recognize client needs and recommend appropriate wellness or aesthetic solutions
• Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to create opportunities rather than relying solely on an existing appointment book
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and accountability
• Team-oriented approach with ability to work independently and contribute positively to facility culture
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on clinic needs
