Quincy Medical Group, a physician-owned multi-specialty practice with over 85 years of history, is seeking an Interventional/Diagnostic Radiologist to join its collaborative radiology team. This position offers the opportunity to practice medicine with meaningful work-life balance, leadership growth, and genuine collegial support in a state-of-the-art facility with full spectrum imaging resources.
Clinical Setting
You will work within a physician-owned, multi-specialty group serving a population of 623,000+ across West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri. The practice operates a state-of-the-art facility equipped with comprehensive imaging resources and is part of Duly Health and Care (joined December 2021). The group includes 160+ providers across 39 specialties.
Schedule and Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule with 1 out of 3 weeks onsite, providing greater control over your practice, schedule, and staffing
- Physicians are empowered to make decisions regarding their practice, staffing, and scheduling
- Up to 6 weeks paid time off annually, with additional flexibility available as a shareholder
Compensation and Financial Benefits
- Base compensation range: $550,000-$650,000 depending on qualifications and experience
- Total target cash compensation: $600,000-$950,000 (including productivity bonus, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus)
- Unlimited earning potential with physicians making up to $950,000 annually
