Interventional Radiologist - Full time - Virtua Health - NJ

Virtua Radiology is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist to join a busy and growing interventional program at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, and Virtua Willingboro Hospital in Willingboro, NJ. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to shape the future of an expanding IR program while delivering exceptional patient care.

Clinical Setting

You will work within a robust interventional radiology practice supported by dedicated IR suites and experienced clinical support staff. The program serves patients across two hospital locations and offers a wide procedural mix with predominantly interventional radiology cases and limited diagnostic radiology responsibilities. You will collaborate with surgical and medical specialties and participate in multidisciplinary conferences as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures
• Interpret a limited number of diagnostic imaging studies
• Collaborate with surgical and medical specialties
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences as appropriate
• Participate in shared interventional radiology call coverage

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology, or Diagnostic Radiology with IR certification
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology required
• Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure

Schedule and Employment

• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week
• First shift (United States of America)
• Regular employee status
• Shared call within an established IR team

Compensation

In compliance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act:

• Newly practicing physicians: $600,000.00 annually (minimum base salary)
• Physicians with a minimum of 5 years of post-training experience: $700,000.00 or higher, based on years of experience, specialty expertise, and overall qualifications
