Envita is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiologist to join its integrative oncology organization in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is an outpatient-based role focused on advanced interventional oncology procedures for patients with complex disease. You will perform sophisticated procedures using leading-edge technology while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary oncology teams on patient-specific treatment planning and clinical innovation.
Clinical Setting
This is not a traditional hospital-based interventional radiology position. You will work in an outpatient, physician-focused environment built around collaboration, clinical autonomy, and patient-centered care. The setting emphasizes precision medicine, advanced procedural capabilities, and meaningful physician influence over treatment planning and clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced interventional oncology procedures in an outpatient setting, including TACE, cryoablation, RF ablation, PEF, embolization, biopsies, and kyphoplasty
- Collaborate with oncology physicians on patient-specific treatment planning and procedural strategy
- Conduct patient consultations, treatment discussions, and informed-consent conversations
- Maintain strong patient communication, trust, and continuity throughout the procedural care experience
- Coordinate effectively with advanced practice providers, nursing, imaging, laboratory, genetics, and other clinical teams
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in quality, workflow, and patient-experience improvement initiatives
- Help evaluate and incorporate leading-edge interventional technologies, advanced equipment, emerging procedures, and therapies where clinically appropriate
- Contribute physician insight to the continued evolution of Envita's interventional oncology program
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Minimum 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Strong interest or experience in oncology-focused interventions
- Excellent bedside manner and ability to communicate complex treatment information with clarity and empathy
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment
- Interest in innovation, research, emerging technologies, and advancing procedural medicine
- Commitment to clinical excellence, accountability, patient outcomes, and continuous improvement
Schedule
- Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
- No call, nights, or weekends
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $550,000 to $700,000
- Bonus potential: Up to $900,000
