In Home Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Feeding Tube Infant (Weekends)

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home nursing care for an infant patient requiring feeding tube and oxygen support. This is an every-other-weekend position working Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in Hahira, Georgia.

Clinical Setting

This is a private duty home care position. You will work in the patient's home, delivering compassionate nursing care with support from Aveanna's 24/7 local team of operators and clinicians. Electronic documentation is completed using a tablet provided in the patient's home.

Schedule

• Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options available (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Georgia (or compact license that can be transferred to Georgia within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary)
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• One year of prior hands-on nursing experience
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (note: one year is required in Georgia)
