In Home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Right at Home is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care services to elderly clients and individuals with disabilities or other health issues in the Durham, Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, Hillsborough, Roxboro, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfers
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming, and cleaning
• Shop for groceries and prepare meals
• Transport clients to appointments and other outings
• Provide emotional support, offer reassurance, and create a safe space for clients to address concerns
• Utilize equipment including gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Required Qualifications

• State CNA certification (no prior experience required)

Schedule

• Flexible schedules available
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
• Day shifts, second shift, overnight, and weekend options
• Extra pay for weekend and holiday shifts
• Time and a half pay on 9 federal holidays
