Immediate Hiring: Infusion RN – Oncology & IV Therapy

We are seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort, South Carolina, and Savannah, Georgia. This immediate opportunity offers flexible scheduling in a patient-centered environment where you will administer IV infusions, manage vascular access devices, and provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology and home health patients.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a fast-paced environment serving clients across multiple locations in the Lowcountry and Savannah areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an oncology RN or home health RN with IV experience and the ability to work independently in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions, medications, and other prescribed therapies
• Access, maintain, and de-access PICC lines and implanted ports
• Start and manage peripheral IVs as needed
• Assess patients before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor for complications, infections, and adverse reactions
• Perform central-line dressing changes and flushing per protocol
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care
• Complete accurate nursing documentation
• Communicate with physicians and the healthcare team regarding patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina and/or Georgia
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• PICC and implanted-port access experience required
• IV therapy and vascular access experience required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current TB test (Negative or Non-Reactive)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health or oncology experience
