HPSC- Full-Time Registered Nurse- Home Health - Lubbock, TX

High Plains Senior Care Home Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in Lubbock, TX. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient progress. You will administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document patient outcomes, and educate patients and families on healthcare practices and disease prevention. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and adhere to all nursing standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Provide education to patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to all nursing standards and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
