Home Health Registered Nurse - West Atlanta

Nightingale Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in the home health setting across West Atlanta. This role offers 1:1 patient care in clients' homes, providing a calmer pace and more meaningful patient connections compared to traditional hospital settings. You will work as part of a comprehensive care organization that includes home health, infusion, and pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and healthy habits
• Monitor symptoms, document progress, and follow established care plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using proper body mechanics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health, long-term care, or geriatrics
