Home Health Registered Nurse - RN, Sign on Bonus

Ascension at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. This position offers flexibility and autonomy with a pay-per-visit compensation model, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering direct patient care.

Clinical Setting

You will work in home health, visiting patients in their homes to provide skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Complete patient assessments and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families about their care
• Manage plans of care
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• One or more years of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule and Compensation
