Home Health Registered Nurse - RN

We are seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. In this role, you will create and manage personalized plans of care for individual patients, working with attention to detail and strong clinical judgment. You will coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively about patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document changes in patient conditions and report observations to your supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
• Valid driver's license
• First aid/CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
