Job Description
Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. In this PRN position, you will support patient recovery and enable them to remain at home while spending quality time with loved ones and engaging in activities they enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Support patient recovery and ability to remain at home
- Educate patients and families on disease management to help them reach healthcare goals
- Case manage and provide clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state where you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Current driver's license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
