Home Health Registered Nurse, Palliative Care, $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health at Home, is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for its Palliative Care program. This role provides one-to-one patient care in home settings across the Philadelphia region, with three positions available covering different geographic areas: South Broad Street (North, South, and West Philadelphia), Newtown Square (Chester and Delaware Counties), and Blue Bell (Montgomery County and North West Philadelphia).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients and families in the palliative care program
• Offer clinical consultation in palliative care
• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate palliative and end-of-life care programs

Schedule

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• CPR certification
• Palliative Care Certification
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program

Preferred Qualifications

• Home care experience
• Hospice experience
• One year of professional care nursing experience in home care or hospice care
• Strong clinical knowledge base
