Home Health Registered Nurse High Tech Visits (Palm Beach County FL,)

AccordCare Home Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients on a per diem basis throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. This position focuses on high-tech patient care delivered in patients' homes, working one-on-one with patients and families while collaborating with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients
• Manage ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Perform PEG tube management
• Provide wound care and IV therapy
• Work with patients with paraplegia, quadriplegia, and traumatic brain injury
• Work closely with patients, families, and clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care
• Document care using EHR systems

Schedule

• Flexible per diem scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
• Negative TB test and negative QuantiFERON blood test
• HIV and DOEA Alzheimer's training certificates or CEUs
• Experience with EHR documentation systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home care experience
• Experience working with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, English, or Creole
• Driver's license
• Personal auto insurance
• AHCA fingerprinting
