Home Health Registered Nurse - Full-time

Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate patient care in the home setting. Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and monitor health status

• Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment
• Current CPR certification
