Home Health Registered Nurse - Full Time

AdvisaCare is seeking a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in home settings across Michigan. This role focuses on one-on-one patient care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered nursing services. You will work with flexible scheduling designed to accommodate your personal commitments while maintaining reliable patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care to patients in their homes
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on individual patient needs
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Coordinate care and maintain reliable communication with the healthcare team
• Utilize solid clinical judgment and common sense in patient care decisions

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health nursing experience
• Willingness to be trained in home health practices if experience is not present
