Job Description

Advantage Home Health Services is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the home setting within Dillsburg, PA and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering comprehensive nursing care in their homes.

Responsibilities

Conduct Start of Care comprehensive assessments and complete OASIS documentation in a timely manner
Draft individualized care plans and reconcile patient medications
Ensure orders for care are accurate and complete
Prepare accurate, orderly, and timely documentation
Coordinate care with patients and provide proper reports to the Case Manager
Provide health care instructions to patients and families as appropriate based on assessment and care plan

Required Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to take NCLEX (new graduates welcome)
