Home Health Registered Nurse

Etairos Health is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse to join our home health team in a supervisory and clinical oversight role serving Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. This position is not a traditional skilled nursing role. Instead, you will operate in a clinical oversight and care coordination capacity, supporting caregivers and ensuring quality patient care. You will have a designated home office but will primarily work in the field managing your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits for caregivers to ensure quality of care and compliance
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans for clients
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and provide guidance as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, scheduling, HR) to support patient care continuity
• Monitor patient progress and address any care concerns proactively

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a territory and work independently in the field

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health experience
• Supervisory nursing experience

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Florida RN license
• Active Level 2 Background Screening (FL Clearinghouse)
• In-person CPR certification
• TB test (within last 12 months)

• Nursing degree
