Job Description

Sanzie Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health care with an immediate opening. This position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time work in the home care industry.

You will oversee and supervise the care of clients with complex health needs, develop and implement effective care plans, and provide essential support and training to your care team. You will communicate directly with clients and care coordinators to continually enhance the quality of care.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Georgia LPN license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Knowledge of home care regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with older populations

Compensation

  • Intake/Admissions visits: $50
  • Supervisory visits: $30
