Home Health Aide (HHA) and CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) – in 34787 ¡URGENT!

HomeWell Care Services is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance remaining safe and comfortable at home. This position is based in East Orlando and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia care
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings
• Provide hands-on personal care to ensure safety and comfort
• Safely assist clients with mobility, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

Required Qualifications

• HHA Certificate (40-hour) or CNA License
• Valid CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross approved)
• Alzheimer's / ADRD Training compliant with DOEA guidelines
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving or home care experience
• Dependable and punctual with commitment to assigned shifts
• Strong communication with office staff for scheduling and care coordination
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Authorization to work in the United States (I-9 verification)
• Valid identification and employment documents
• Successful completion of Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and standing for extended periods

• 4-hour shifts
• 6-hour shifts
• Day shifts available
• Flexible scheduling options

Compensation

• $16 – $18 per hour, based on experience, case needs, and level of care required
