Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Pemberton, NJ. This position offers both day and night shifts in a home setting, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while delivering individualized care to support the child's health and well-being.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a home-based environment providing direct patient care. BAYADA serves patients of all ages and acuity levels. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Paid training is provided to prepare you for the unique environment and to build confidence in your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one skilled nursing care to assigned pediatric patients
• Deliver individualized care in the home setting
• Collaborate with families to support the child's health and well-being
• Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management when applicable
• Maintain electronic documentation
• Access around-the-clock clinical support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited or approved school of nursing
• Valid RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (training provided to the right candidate)

Schedule and Shifts

• 1st or 3rd shift availability
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time employment options

Compensation and Benefits
