Job Description
The Lakes Home Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and maintain the clinical and regulatory structure of our home health agency in Miami Lakes, Florida. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of care and exceptional patient outcomes while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage Plans of Care (485 and 486 Forms)
- Provide oversight of Home Health Aide care plans
- Conduct clinical follow-up and coordinate patient care
- Ensure clinical documentation meets current regulations
- Support agency readiness for audits and compliance reviews
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license
- Home health agency experience
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized and responsible approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
- Medicare and Medicaid experience
