HEALTH SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR (MUST BE A REGISTERED NURSE)

The Health Services Administrator is a key member of the management team at the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC), a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth located on 110 acres outside Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will direct, provide direct service, and supervise the medical department while ensuring compliance with contracting and ACA standards.

Clinical Setting

AJATC is a 110-acre secure residential campus featuring student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical facilities, and outdoor recreation areas. The facility serves at-risk male and female youth in a normalized high school environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and manage all on-site medical staff
• Ensure facility-wide compliance with contracting and ACA standards
• Monitor and determine appropriate level of care for students
• Coordinate medical services to ensure quality delivery
• Schedule medical appointments and communicate with placement agencies
• Ensure students are enrolled in appropriate medical insurance
• Provide direct student care on an as-needed basis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field
• Current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
• Minimum two years of medical services administration experience
• Prior supervisory experience required
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet eligible driver requirements
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test
• Ability to pass search of child and adult abuse central registry

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Hours may vary based on need.

• Annual salary: $85,000, with potential increases based on education and experience
