Full Time Registered Nurse-Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide home health visits throughout Berks County. This position offers flexible schedules, one-on-one patient care, and strong work-life balance.

Clinical Setting

You will make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing direct nursing care in patients' homes. This role is part of an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out treatments and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Provide case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records on a touch pad tablet

Required Qualifications

• Current active license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home care experience
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Schedule and Employment

This is a full-time position with flexible schedules.

Compensation and Bonuses

Base pay ranges from $52.00 to $64.00 per hour ($67,600 to $83,200 annually estimated), depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation. Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time employees.
