Full Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Corte Madera, CA

Join Carbon Health as a Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Corte Madera, CA urgent care clinic. You will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, managing 4-5 patients per hour while working with an advanced EHR system designed to minimize administrative burden and maximize time spent on patient care.

Clinical Setting

Carbon Health operates a national network of urgent care clinics supported by CarbyOS, a proprietary electronic health record system built with provider efficiency in mind. The system includes AI-powered tools such as hands-free note-writing to reduce documentation time. You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where experienced colleagues and supervisors are immediately available for consultation and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs
• Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, and splint applications
• Collaborate with peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes
• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain clinic flow
• Treat patients of all ages

Required Qualifications

For Nurse Practitioners:

• Active RN license
• NP certification
• Valid and unrestricted state license

For Physician Assistants:

• Medical or Master's degree
• Valid and unrestricted state license
• National certification

Additional Requirements:

• DOT Certification must be obtained prior to start date (Carbon Health covers course and exam fees and provides resources)
• BLS certification required before first day of employment

Schedule and Employment

Full time position with a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Part time opportunities may also be available.
