Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN (NOC)

Silverado Franklin is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift to provide clinical care and support to residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role combines medical expertise with compassionate care in a memory care setting recognized as a Fortune Magazine Best Workplace in Aging Services.

Clinical Setting

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians
• Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program
• Active LVN/LPN license
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Ability to perform active duties including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or memory care settings

Schedule

• Full Time, NOC (night) shift
• Variable days with morning coverage as needed
