Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Full Time IV Infusion Nurse-Lead to join our team at our Pentagon City location. This is a leadership nursing role in a wellness-focused clinical setting where you will deliver IV infusion services, administer injections, and lead a team of nurses while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and compliance.

Unlike traditional medical offices or emergency departments, Restore offers innovative wellness therapies in a comfortable, supportive environment. You will work with diverse clients seeking preventive and performance-enhancing health services while mentoring nursing staff and contributing to the studio's operational success.

Clinical Setting

Restore operates 200+ wellness studios across 40 states, delivering cutting-edge therapies including IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and sauna services. This role is based at our Pentagon City location.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care and Medical Services

  • Administer IV drips, intramuscular (IM) injections, and other medical services with precision and professionalism
  • Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions
  • Provide expert guidance and prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals
  • Educate clients on IV drip and IM shot ingredients and their benefits
  • Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness
  • Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service
  • Document all client visits in electronic medical records
  • Address client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under supervision of the Medical Director and network of licensed Advanced Practice Providers
  • Communicate any adverse effects or client issues to the medical compliance team

Team Leadership and Training

  • Train and support registered nurses in clinical operations and protocols
  • Educate front desk staff on medical services to enhance client support
  • Conduct in-person interviews for all nurse candidates
  • Partner with the General Manager to onboard new hires
  • Perform personnel performance evaluations and conduct counseling when necessary
  • Take disciplinary action when needed
  • Model servant leadership and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure strict compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Disseminate policy updates and act as liaison between corporate and your location
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Business and Operations

  • Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence
  • Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement activations (such as Performance Medicine) to meet studio goals
  • Monitor medical key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust processes to achieve results
  • Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure seamless integration of medical services into studio operations
  • Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
  • At least one year of experience administering IVs and injections
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Comfort using electronic medical records to document client details
  • Ability to maintain a non-judgmental outlook and work effectively with diverse clientele
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to ethics and integrity
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Willingness to adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance

Schedule and Compensation

  • Full-time position
  • Competitive salary: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour
  • Weekend shift differential available
