Full time Home Health Registered Nurse

AdvisaCare is a growing home health care agency seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you will help patients achieve optimal health, independence, and quality of life while working within Wayne County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on optimal health outcomes
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality patient care standards

Clinical Setting

Home-based care within the Wayne County service area. You will be responsible for traveling to patient homes and must have reliable transportation.

Required Qualifications

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Updated Tuberculin (TB) test
• Clear criminal history and drug screen
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of home health nursing experience

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel within the AdvisaCare service area
• Mileage reimbursement provided
