Ally Psychiatry, a physician-owned and physician-led psychiatric medical group, is seeking a full-time Child/Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join the outpatient clinical team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents in a collaborative, supportive environment with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule.
Clinical Setting
You will work in an established outpatient practice with a strong referral network and consistent patient volume. Ally Psychiatry operates across nine states with partnerships spanning more than 55 hospitals and nearly 20 outpatient clinics. The practice is physician-led and emphasizes team-based care with accessible psychiatric leadership, therapists, and experienced clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for child and adolescent patients
- Provide medication management while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed
- Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support lasting outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Board certification as a PMHNP or Physician Assistant with child/adolescent psychiatric experience or strong mental health background
- Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee
- Tennessee DEA registration required or ability to obtain
- Strong communicator with a compassionate, professional approach to patient care
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
