We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy primary care and urgent care facility in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time or part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse community.

Clinical Setting

You will provide care in both primary care and urgent care settings, working with patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions. The role emphasizes efficient clinical decision-making and continuity of care in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams, assessments, and clinical procedures
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in New York
• Minimum one year of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in urgent care or primary care clinics
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Russian, or other languages)
