Float Nurse Practitioner

Ozarks Community Hospital in Anderson, MO is seeking a Float Nurse Practitioner to join the Anderson Clinic. In this role, you will provide primary healthcare to patients and families with a focus on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling. You will work under the direct supervision of a physician, following established guidelines and within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services to patients and families

• Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical teams
• Follow established clinical guidelines and scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current Nurse Practitioner License
• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligibility (must be obtained within the first six months of employment)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, with recertification required before expiration throughout employment
• Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record (background check required during onboarding and throughout employment)
