Marathon Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver relationship-based primary care in Orlando, Florida. You will practice at the top of your license, providing comprehensive care including prevention, chronic disease management, health education, and acute care to patients in a value-based model focused on health outcomes rather than patient volume.
Clinical Setting
You will work in Marathon Health's onsite health center located at 501 W. Church St, Orlando, FL 32805. Marathon Health is an advanced primary care provider partnering with employer and union plan sponsors to deliver nationwide onsite, nearsite, network, and virtual primary care services.
Responsibilities
- Provide relationship-based primary care including routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, and urgent care
- Deliver preventive care and health education to patients
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Practice autonomously with access to clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD
- Participate in provider meetings including journal clubs and grand rounds for ongoing learning and team collaboration
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Current ANCC or AANP board certification
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Independent practice provider status, where applicable per state regulation
- Full practice authority where applicable per state guidelines

Compensation and Benefits
- Non-production-based compensation package
- Pay range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year (actual offer may vary based on geographic location, years of experience, and skill level)
