Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an outpatient primary care position in Littleton, New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages while maintaining an excellent work-life balance in a community-focused healthcare environment in Northern New Hampshire.

Clinical Setting

You will work in an outpatient primary care setting alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to high-quality, patient-centered care. The practice emphasizes relationship-based care and developing lasting relationships with patients and families rather than maximizing patient volume. Clinical support staff are available to assist with patient care coordination and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Practice with appropriate clinical autonomy
• Complete clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities during protected administrative time

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time positions available
• Monday through Friday clinic hours
• No weekends
• No call duties
• Approximately 80% of schedule dedicated to clinical care and 20% to administrative responsibilities
• Protected administrative time for documentation and other non-clinical duties
• Approximately two patients per hour

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Ability to provide primary care to patients of all ages
• Ability to practice in an outpatient primary care environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong patient-centered and relationship-based care approach
• Ability to practice with appropriate clinical autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of direct primary care experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $114,000–$120,000
