Family Nurse Practitioner

Chai Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary medical care to a diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with our medical staff and physicians to provide quality care while maintaining accurate patient records and meeting company productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient screenings and comprehensive patient history and physical examinations
• Update and verify accuracy of patient records at each appointment
• Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and additional treatment options
• Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity
• Serve as a resource for patients regarding ongoing care information, counseling, and guidance for critical conditions

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• $75.00 - $95.00 per hour
• Paid time off

• Credits towards continuing medical education (CMEs)
