Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with a family medicine focus to join our primary care teams across multiple locations. You will work alongside board-certified physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse community population.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

• Active California NP or PA license
• 1 or more years of clinical experience in family or primary care
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
