Experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Shareholder Track

Join Dallas Associated Dermatologists, part of Platinum Dermatology Partners, as an Advanced Practice Provider in our thriving dermatology practice located in Denton, TX, just north of Dallas. This position offers the opportunity to provide both general and cosmetic dermatology services with practice autonomy, allowing you to build your desired mix of general dermatology, surgical, and cosmetic cases. You will work with a friendly, highly trained team dedicated to clinical excellence and outstanding patient experience, supported by the latest equipment and technology.

Clinical Setting

You will practice in a well-established dermatology clinic with strong community ties, a trusted reputation, and an active referral network. The practice is part of a distinguished network of over 50 brands encompassing 120 locations across Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, and Texas, with more than 400 physicians and providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and cosmetic dermatology services
• Practice with clinical autonomy using advanced equipment and technology
• Build and manage your desired practice mix of general dermatology, surgical, and cosmetic cases
• Contribute to clinical excellence and patient care outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general dermatology

• Full-time position requiring 4 or more days per week

Compensation

• Competitive compensation structure with guaranteed first-year salary or personal net collections, whichever is greater
• APP salary range: $120,000 to $200,000
• Commencement bonus
