Experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care services. In this role, you will deliver person-centered care to clients in their own homes, meeting people where they feel most comfortable while making a meaningful impact in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and maintain professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
