Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Pinch is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to deliver concierge aesthetic treatments directly to clients in their homes throughout Illinois. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling, autonomy, and above-market compensation for experienced injectors.

Clinical Setting

You will operate as an independent provider within the Pinch concierge aesthetics network, a Chicago-founded brand that brings aesthetic treatments directly to clients' homes. You will practice with clinical autonomy while following Pinch protocols and quality standards, supported by a provider community and clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare services
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical and support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your client base

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with injectables, specifically neurotoxin injections, and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting such as a med spa, dermatology practice, plastic surgery clinic, or concierge practice
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 to 50 clients per month, including a mix of your own network and new clients referred by Pinch

Training and Support

This role is designed for injectors with existing experience. Training focuses on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services such as peels, microneedling, and skincare. Pinch provides onboarding, ongoing education, and clinical support. If needed, Pinch can align you to required protocols and competency refreshers to ensure consistent outcomes.
