Dermatology PA-C / Nurse Practitioner | 4-Day Week, No Weekends & Partnership Path

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner to join an established and growing practice in Warrensburg, New York. This full-time position is part of an expansion of dermatology services in the Warrensburg and greater Warren County region. You will have the opportunity to help shape the growth of dermatology services locally, with a dedicated clinical support team built around you to support high-quality, efficient patient care.

Clinical Setting

This is an outpatient-only dermatology practice with no inpatient responsibilities, no hospital call, and no weekend requirements. You will focus exclusively on providing dermatologic care to patients in the community.

Schedule

• Full-time position: four days per week
• No weekends
• No inpatient requirements
• No hospital call

Responsibilities

• Provide direct dermatology care to patients in an outpatient setting
• Help shape the clinical support model, workflow, and patient experience as the practice expands
• Build and develop a patient panel centered around your clinical strengths
• Work collaboratively with the clinical support team to meet the expanding dermatology needs of the community

Required Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner license eligible to practice in New York
• Prior dermatology experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of dermatology experience (required for partnership consideration)
• Comfortable practicing with autonomy while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
• Commitment to excellent patient care, clinical quality, and long-term community relationships
