Dermatology PA-C / Nurse Practitioner | 4-Day Week, No Weekends & Partnership Path

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner to join an established and growing practice in Warrensburg, New York. This full-time opportunity is part of an expansion to better serve the dermatology needs of Warrensburg and greater Warren County. You will help shape the growth of dermatology services locally, building a dedicated clinical team and patient panel centered around your strengths while providing high-quality, efficient outpatient care.

Clinical Setting

This is an outpatient dermatology practice with no inpatient responsibilities, no hospital call, and no weekend requirements. You will focus exclusively on outpatient dermatology care in a supportive environment designed to help you grow professionally and clinically.

Schedule

• Full-time position: four days per week
• No weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient dermatology care
• Help shape the clinical support model, workflow, and patient experience as the practice expands
• Build and manage a dedicated patient panel
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making
• Contribute to expanding access to dermatology care in the community

Required Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner license eligible to practice in New York
• Prior dermatology experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of dermatology experience (required for partnership consideration)
• Comfortable practicing with autonomy while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
• Commitment to excellent patient care, clinical quality, and long-term community relationships
