Day Interventional Radiologist - Synergy Radiology Associates

Synergy Radiology Associates, a physician-led radiology practice, is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join its team in Houston, Texas. This is an IR-focused role providing high-quality interpretations and procedures across a diverse network of hospitals, Level II Trauma Centers, and outpatient sites. You will work in a collaborative, technology-driven environment supported by advanced AI-driven dictation, reporting tools, and state-of-the-art PACS systems.

Clinical Setting

You will provide coverage across multiple hospital and outpatient facilities within a well-established practice network. The role includes access to a robust established IR clinic, 24/7 operations and call center support, and Advanced Practice Provider assistance to support your clinical work.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday day schedule
• Q6 (every sixth) IR call rotation with strong team coverage
• IR call stipend provided
• Hybrid flexibility with a mix of onsite and remote work

Responsibilities

• Provide IR interpretations and perform interventional procedures
• Collaborate with a strong team of radiologists
• Work with referring providers through longstanding established relationships
• Utilize advanced technology and AI-enabled workflows for efficiency and accuracy

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary with productivity or per-click options
• Average total compensation $750,000 with potential to exceed $1,000,000

Required Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or AOBR)
