Day Interventional Radiologist - Austin Radiological Association

Austin Radiological Association (ARA), one of the nation's largest and most established radiology groups, is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join a highly collaborative 17-physician IR team in Austin, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of interventional radiology procedures (excluding stroke and neuro IR) while also supporting general diagnostic imaging including body CT and ultrasound. Clinical Setting

ARA operates 24 hospitals and 18 outpatient imaging centers across Central Texas, with expansion plans underway. You will practice in a dedicated outpatient IR suite and clinic designed for procedural efficiency, while also providing services across a diverse mix of inpatient and outpatient facilities. The practice maintains a partnership with Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin, offering opportunities to teach and participate in academic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full spectrum of interventional radiology procedures (excluding stroke and neuro IR)
• Perform image-guided procedures in a dedicated outpatient IR suite and clinic
• Interpret body CT and ultrasound studies
• Interpret light head and spine CT studies as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, physician-led team committed to delivering exceptional patient care
• Provide procedural and diagnostic imaging services across inpatient and outpatient facilities
• Utilize advanced technology, experienced support staff, and robust operational infrastructure to maximize efficiency and workflow

Required Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or AOBR)
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
