CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas is hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a cohesive and collaborative anesthesia care team. This is a hospital-employed W-2 position offering the opportunity to contribute to a broad case mix including surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, and more. The facility has recently opened an additional Surgery Center and an Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute, creating exciting opportunities for CRNAs to contribute to service expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Join a cohesive and collaborative anesthesia care team
  • Provide anesthesia care across a broad case mix including surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, and other specialties
  • Provide independent OB coverage with epidurals and spinals
  • Work in a supportive environment that values teamwork and mutual support

Schedule

  • Full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • No overnight OR call; in-house OB coverage only
  • Shared model with master rotation for flexibility in scheduling
  • Shift differential pay for evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Holidays paid at 1.5x rate

Compensation and Bonuses

  • Competitive starting salary for experienced CRNAs; new graduates welcomed with opportunities to earn more
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week pay
  • Premium pay rate of $200 per hour for any hours over 40 in a workweek
  • Sign-on incentive up to $55,000
  • Student stipends available
